Thanks!! I need another one, so I’ll be looking. This one’s in the oven now! Any suggestions for a topping that’s nut free for this one? Or just omit?

I went with a little flaky salt on my slice and loved it, but my husband went plain Jane and said it was perfect. Thanks!!

Ugh! The pregnancy, nausea and food thing is brutal. The good news is that those days pass so quickly. I am reading your newsletter wistful for all of those moments and wishing I could do it all again! Thanks for sharing!

The chocolate soufflé cake is amazing! 😍

Variation included 130 g toasted walnuts; grind 30 g of them and chop the rest. I added ground with the chocolate mixture and chopped just after folding in the egg whites. Also added 1 shot of brewed espresso into the chocolate mixture once the egg yolks are incorporated. Baked in 8 “ springform. Covered at 25 min, added 15 min to the bake time. Everything else exactly the same. Perfection! 👏🏻
